Similar thing happened to me while i was in the idiot lane waiting to turn left, some lady decided that the black and white car with pretty lights on the roof wasn’t there and backed out if her driveway into the back of my patrol car. Then she pulled the now all too typical “I’m filming you, you assaulted me." crap

I’veseen several odd things being transported, an old steam tractor the size of a railroad locomotive, a US navy truck at 2am near the Bremerton ship yards with several APCs escorting it and big radiation signs on the sides, but the one that got my kids excited was an unlimited hydroplane on its trailer snaking its

Having a faith of some fashion isn’t necessarily the problem. Being bat shit crazy and trying to murder your own kid and everyone around you over your faith, on the other hand, that's an issue that needs to be addressed, hopefully with a lengthy term of incarceration. Keep the rest of us safer while she's locked down

Interesting. I'm the other way round though only one of the door handles was an exterior one. Three obs ford truck interior handles, one Honda interior handle, and one Toyota exterior handle. I do agree with you though I prefera physical handle to a proximity sensor by a long way if nothing else for similar reasons to

Just buy one used. I got my wife a 2016 in dark blue, beautiful color, leather full featured except that assinie third row in these for $25k and just checked the place we got it from. They have a bunch, used of course, for right around $30k right now. Well worth buying out of state while we were down visiting family

There are way too many but one that hasn’t been mentioned that I used to see a lot when I lived in Utah was idiots driving on the lane lines and being indignant when called out for nearly killing other drivers. I literally sat in a courtroom while a woman tried to claim that a crash that killed two small children

This is phenomenal.

I agree try talking to people before making a judgement call, I think that’s a large part of why Ms. Vaughn remains different to the grid girls. They weren’t often allowed to talk to the public, a rare exception was at a car show there were a bunch of the pirelli calendar girls at their booth and my thought was just

I hear that. I'd never dealt with real snow until I lived in Utah.

As to the parking lot you only forgot the classic “You just passed one.” like my huge ass truck can suddenly become a mini and make a close quarters turn.

My sentiments exactly. Had one in my wife’s renegade, it sounded like you were force feeding it gravel and it couldn't race it's way out of a paper bag. It also got terrible mileage and worst of all the service interval on the spark plugs was supposed to be 100k but in reality if you made it past 40k it'd be a

They piped v8 sounds into the cab of my buddy's f150. It was hilarious because it annoyed him so much that he eventually sold it.

These were aweful. My Mom had one that ate itself because the wrist pins weren't secured so walked out and gouged the cylinder walls. Ford even tried to back out of the warranty repair even though it was only a few months old.

This.

I have a cousin that actually did this to his firechicken. I don’t know if I’ve ever laughed so hard at something so stupid.

That's why one of the lieutenants I know from another department got cameras with auto on switches and they automatically download to the department when the officers pull into the parking lot of the station. Takes any nefarious intent or human error out of it, as long as you're doing your job the right way the body

Excellent idea as that's what we did in my house. Only issue was "officially" learning to drive with my overprotective and panicky mother in the passenger seat meant that I went from confident in my car control to frightened rather quickly and developed bad habits I had to correct as a result. Left foot braking way

Agreed. The local circle track used to run "trains" for the same reason, they're entertaining but will never be the main reason you go to the track.

25 years ago I had an old Ford truck that backfired through the carb and had a tiny little flame for a few seconds when I went to leave the gas pump at an ampm in Washington. It went out in it's own and I restarted the old FE block and went on my way.
