Was reading about this on twitter yesterday. Apparently these were undercover cops. (if I was adept at posting, I would post the source: @timkrepp). While reading the comments, a poster noted that these officers would have had to give up their cover to do this. :(

Dismiss the troll’s initial comment to you. Don’t feed or give trolls a platform.

Not to mention that other illicit vendors whose skin tones may be significantly lighter than these unfortunate guys usually receive citations.
