Those little cars are pretty darned hard to find anymore. And as examples go, this one looks pretty clean. Damned clean for the price. And the total showing on the odometer is a surprisingly low number, just 52,000 miles.

My buddy had one of these in high school and they are a blast to drive. From what I can tell $3500ish is a fairly common price for these things on the rare occasion they do pop up in my local CL alerts but this one does seem in much better shape than most of the New England examples.

$3,500 for the car, then a couple thousand more to pick up a 1.4 MultiAir out of the 500 Abarth and to have any necessary mounting hardware fabricated...suddenly you have a fun and unique car that sounds great, looks fantastic in an 80's wedge sort of way, and is probably at least a little more reliable.

Running and driving and can easily be made to look a lot better for like another grand? And well into the realm of “fuck it” money? NP all day long.
