The 2019 S60 starts right at $35k... If you can wait a couple of weeks for them to hit the showroom. You could get it down to under $35k for a “base” model lease - which is still supremely more comfortable, well equipped and luxurious than a loaded up Hyundai.
The Optima and Sonata are near the end of that US News list. Beating them in head/leg room is a better Kia: the Cadenza, which is still within budget.
