Ice T was not passing in the right lane. I dont know the term for that in english, but he was merely driving past. He was on that same lane the whole time. Passing is when you start behind the car, move to the left, then back to the right.

Also I would like to add that Ice-T did a good job holding onto that.

Makes sense. I run my rears at 45psi to stiffen the sidewall and reduce wear. I ran lower pressures but I found it hard to initiate and never made much smoke.

Why such low pressure? I was allway under the impression that you want as much pressure for sliding.
