Simple solution. Every day, submit a citation yourself to the police. Make sure to hit all the local judges, the police chief (maybe even his wife), the local cops, and definitely the dude who started this.

I have two big Panasonic flat screens in my house as my main units. They are both 3D capable. The only downsides are that it’s only 1080 instead of 4K. They also run a little hot, but not room-heating like old AMD chips hot.
