I'm not holding my breath but I would like a new, GOOD Tony Hawk game. To me, 4 was the "golden age" followed closely by 2. THUG was good but not as good as 4 and it all went downhill from there. I had high hopes for Project 8 and while it was better than THUG2, it didn't live up to 4 and 2. Let's see what happens...

I approve.

I was thinking the same thing. The video has a huge ad for some Kodak camera too.

At least we have Casper Van Dien on our side. Just need to keep this away from Dina Meyer, though.

There was an ad in one issue that featured a carefully covered nude woman with a caption about her. Were ads not regulated back then?

Do want.

This never ceases to make me smile.

Man, I had enough trouble finding "that one piece" on small projects. Can't even imagine how many people pulled their hair out constructing this.

This is amazing.

Sounds cool, but it'll end just being another venue to not have mediums in stock.

I laughed out loud in my office.

Haha, actually I tell them it's a great place to start researching but it isn't generally viewed as a credible source in the academic world. I know people who've purposefully altered data just to see how long it would take to for it to get changed back.

And here, he's clicking the reply button because he laughed out loud at work and wants to share his appreciation for this topic and comment.

If I ever met this man, I'd shake his hand (for the greatness of wikipedia) and kick him in the shins (because my students keep using it as a source even when I repeatedly tell them not to).

Don't feel bad; Texas rarely makes the news in good ways too.

It's not about vengeance, link. It's about credibility. If a student is coming to class, doing assignments, and actually making an effort to succeed, then I'll be much more likely to throw him/her a bone if they are in a tight spot. If it's the slacker who only attends on important days, well, I'll probably be less

Someone brought out the heavy artillery. Guess it was time these guys did the same, only heavier.

I saw this and laughed out loud in my office.

Usually pepperoni and mushrooms but I like anchovies a lot too.

Correct me of I'm wrong, but wasn't it originally called "reserve" when you put money down on games? Like back in the Ocarina of Time days?
