palms shoutout! I don't live there anymore but was on Mentone when I got married a few years back and lived the neighborhood for the most part.

This is happening a lot in the South Bay Area of LA (where there are both very rich and working class people). I don't have kids yet but will certainly be going to one of those practices when I do if I still live around here.

I had the same thought. I work in payroll and that's the most blatant violation of FLSA I've ever heard of.
