Had a dog “hit” on me while walking through an airport, didn’t know what it was about until the handler asked me if I was carrying cash. I said no and the dog proceeded to find $40 in my bag that I had forgotten I had.

So, something like this with ramps so that you can park your sports car/classic car/race car/cool car on top and have it drive itself in the boring parts of the journey, and let you drive when it’s actually fun would be awesome.

Don’t know of any water parks in or near the city, I know there’s one near Antigua but I haven’t been.

Electrical system shouldn’t be that bad, but if water got into the pistons though...

Depends on the place, I live in Guatemala and most armored cars are SUVs, usually Land Cruisers. Don’t really know why but I suppose most people with enough money to have an armored car here choose to have a driver as well because of the hellish traffic.

No one would look twice at a Porsche nowadays in Monterrey, that place has grown A LOT in just the last 15 years.

I’d really like to see pictures of the Harley engine in there, I have one but mine’s a pickup and has the original A-series engine which is probably smaller than the Harley engine.

This was the first thing that came to my mind when I saw that monstrosity.

This is what I was thinking, these will probably be good buys right after the lease is done.

They fixed it though...

Under the hood you want just enough air to go through the radiators and all parts that need cooling and no more. More air will just create turbulence in the engine bay and increase the car’s air resistance. This is also why there are usually ducts and cowls to direct the air; you’d need to make all those much bigger.

Wide tires are worse for hydroplaning, as they tend more to float over the water than to “cut” through it down to the asphalt below.

Yeah I definitely wouldn’t rely on only that, but in case they don’t fix it it’s an easy way to tell.

Quick and easy way to tell if water got into the doors: Crank up the stereo; if the door speakers were wet they’ll sound weird or not at all. (Also, as they’re not essential they tend to be not as weatherproofed as switches, fans and lights which could have been submerged but still be functioning)

You did the math now we need the experiment to validate the results.

The Vector, I look at that car and it seems to me it was specifically designed for a Wolf of Wall Street style hookers and coke binge.

The Singer is almost the same price as this, and probably won’t depreciate half as much.

I’d love to drive a Countach though, even though I know it’s probably shit to drive. Or actually I’d like to drive one BECAUSE it’s shit to drive, this probably drives just like any new Audi but a bit faster.

Back when I was younger and dumber I managed to get about 90 mph from a clapped out 1st generation Civic and that was quite an experience. (car was already old by then).
