RBC is the worst bank. Arrogant, difficult, and horrible to deal with.

Trust me, when it comes to the 5 big banks in this country, esp RBC, there’s no such thing as “Canadian-ness” in them. I had a small fraud on my account and they didnt do jackshit about it!! the amount was too little to bother with a court case so i just ended up eating the loss.

Yeah, but they had better drivable cars then.

These things are gorgeous.  They distract me in traffic.

It’s engagement/involvement. It’s a physical connection to the machine in a world where more and more we’re only asking the computers that are driving our cars to turn, go or stop. It’s actual control, not the illusion of control. I’ve dailyed a manual for 25 years and just bought another one. I don’t see that

Hey, remember that we’re in the United States, and we can call him a fat, orange, demented piece of shit who doesn’t actually represent this country’s actual values because we don’t live under a dictatorship.

As someone who spent a fair amount of time in one of these (Bombardier version), I totally forgot about these. I remembered that the ignition interlock was a bent pin with a pin through it that you stuck into the side of the footwell. I remember that you could start it with a pencil. I remember explaining to a Radio

God what over reactions. This article clearly makes all of these kids out to be a bunch of dopes, and doesn’t in any way glorify this ridiculous behavior. Talk about being outraged. Give me a break.

Everything lands eventually.

Snorkels are popular in Australia primarily for the dust aspect. It is a really big problem when you have more than one vehicle on a dirt road running at a decent clip.

Wouldn’t matter, aside from closing it entirely which would likely be a massive hassle.

We have a train bridge like this in my city. It is on a road that has 10 signs before you get on it that say “No Commercial Traffic” and “No Trucks” and “Low Bridge”. Once on the road, there are signs every few hundred feet warning

I dunno, or maybe your car and your wife are not the same thing

Because this is about Fancy Kristen?

I’m starting to wonder if one could make a valid safety argument for having more race tracks and having them be more accessible to the public (with rules in place, of course!)

It had never occurred to me before, but now I kind of want it to be a GMC.

Counterpoint, buying the executive package on your sports car is even worse.

All the anti-monoblock people have been sent to work in the mines

Remember back when we could star an article? Those were good times. Nice article, David.
