Here in BC you have to slow down to 70 when passing a police car / ambulance / tow truck if they're stopped and have their lights on. It's not common, but if you pass a tow truck and a cop car and blow by at 120, they will pull you over.

i was comparing this to a new yacht of equivalent size.. Which was rather silly of me, considering it would need to be gutted and get a new interior at the very least. Still probably cheaper than commissioning a new yacht though.
