I must admit, I like watching this show. There is something satisfying to me about the whole 'before and after' and 'fixing' element. It's just the perfect amount of predictable and cheaply entertaining. I watch it every time I go to the gym, it keeps me distracted long enough to not get bored on the eliptical.
