While I do not think hating someone for their religion is right, I do think that the hatred comes from somewhere.

There have been more killed in the USA at the hands of Christian fundamentalists and terrorists. There have been more killed overseas in the name of Christianity than in Islam. Literally hundreds of thousands of Muslims have been killed across the globe by Christian-majority nations in genocides, and you don’t hear a…

When I was in college and still a practicing Muslim (not a great practitioner, more of a please-forgive-all-these-sins-I’m-definitely-committing type; your standard fare Easter-and-Xmas-Only Christian), I used to have a lot of people get uncomfortable when they had seen my Qur’an.

My reaction to the headline was “Trying to infiltrate the GOP?”

The GOP has been a far right organization for quite awhile now. There are no moderate republicans. 

None of this should be surprising in the least. The GOP has positioned these individuals back into the mainstream, and they’re enabling their behaviors.

The GOP is a far right organization. It only appeals to racists and racist billionaires and until we have “one dollar, one vote”, there aren’t enough billionaires to support it.

An excellent use of police resources. I’m sure every rape kit in Raleigh has been tested, and there are no open investigations into violent crimes.
