It’s horrific. I just posted the same thing (I didn’t scroll enough...). They’re powered by the old Ford modular 4.6 and were insanely heavy, nothing green or advanced about these. A worthy cause but they seem to be styled by Stevie wonder using a pile of empty shoeboxes.

The aux cooler bypass should be done as preventative measure. Super cheap and easy with youtube instructions.

Just wrap that alternator up!

“In general, used Xterras seem to undercut similarly straight-looking 4Runners by at least $1,000"

Beautiful work and I’d rock that car any day of the week. But I’mma also be that guy: Why stick with the auto and not go all the way, especially in a big grand tourer? I’dve definitely backed it up with the T-56.

I get what you’re saying, some cars have specific traits because of their engines and shouldn’t be swapped.

I assumed the Model 3 was going to be a hatch like the S and I was ready to put down a deposit. Then I saw that trunk. Nope.
