@Sithishade: Not always, all NDAs are different. That's why when signing one you read everything before you sign it. That being said, yes, codenames/codewords are usually included.

@RedBoxMangler: Slapshot was a GREAT movie! LOL Thanks for bringing the Hanson brothers into my thought process tonight. Go Chiefs

@nachobel TOTORO!: If they're using actual F-16s, they are also contracted by Lockheed Martin.

The 1st person I'd talk to about it? Balloon boy's dad

@Avastmateys: I think you have WAY too much trust in Kim Jong Il. Sure, the South Park movie made him endearing, but he is a total wack job and I believe he'd pull the trigger. Why do you think the entire world told South Korea to NOT retaliate a few weeks ago when North Korea shot a few missiles their way?

@Sithishade: You've clearly never dealt with nondisclosure agreements or have been privy to any sort of classified information. These kinds of things are spelled out in writing in the agreements or in the documentation that give you any kind of permission to view/deal with intelligence information.

1) Generally the consequences are stated in the NDA you sign. You know what you signed up for and you know what'll happen if you talk about it. I've signed quite a few in my day. PLUS I had Top Secret clearance when I was in the Air Force. There, when you say something ("leak" seems to be the buzz word now) you get

It's still not worth $7. I can go to Home Depot or Lowes and get a key for a buck 50 or less

@masterdingo: I'd find this funnier if I didn't wake up on Monday morning to find that Facebook was alerting me to suspicious attempted login activity on my account and then find my login creds on the damn Gawker list... It's freaking Gizmodo, I SHOULDN'T need a Fort Knox password in order to post on a blog... Luckily

Wow it sounds like someone's jealous that they're not 2010's Person of the Year. Seriously? There is no need for such a long rant. You disagree with the choice. Fine. But I wouldn't call the award "irrelevant".

To everyone saying that this isn't the solution. I don't think anyone is saying it is. For this guy it was, and yes, he was lucky but sometimes it's better to be lucky than anything else. But it does give hope to both doctors and researchers and now that they've seen what has cured HIV, they can research new areas

@Nitesh2: I don't think the Dr.s are saying that this is the end all, be all treatment, but as the article states, it does open up avenues of research. Everything has a beginning and it is a sign of future hope.

@klyph: I would think the Smart fits that description

@Acehalo-2: I'm not saying Facebook is infallible, because everything is, I just think that based on user base, it's going to have to be a real "game changer" in the realm of social media to get well over 500 million people to switch. Even networks like Twitter, FourSquare, etc. are used in conjunction with Facebook,

@Cribbage Left: I don't remember that part. I do remember the movie though. You made me want to see it again :D

@thenewperson is now Commander Apparent. I'm on a spaceboat.: Interesting. Most apps I have on my Macs auto check for updates and alert me when they have one. If you need an app to install a Mac app, considering most of them are just dragging an icon to the Applications folder and uninstallation involves dragging it

@McKenzie with a Y: I always thought ASIMO, when walking, looks like a retarded astronaut
