I don’t think the season was that abrupt. They had a big “reveal” in the last episode, so it has a bit of a cliffhanger. It’s fine. They could get rid of the “weirdness” by saying Season 3 drops Aug 4, 3.5 coming in October. The jump for me happens in calling it season 4. At this point anything fewer than 10 episodes…
