The 2015 Peanuts Movie was pretty fun!

I mean it’s not the worst thing ever and the first 15 seconds or so is pretty good but after that it’s just nothing close given how it’s just any stock footage that is barely “ballpark” of the intro.

Did you spot the other big mistake? It appears to be made out of some sort of fabric instead of metal.

I wish people would stop asking friends of celebrities who get in trouble what they think. How is it anyone’s business? Why are people so hell bent on making sure everyone feels the ‘right’ way about it and makes sure it’s known to the public?

Nothing a seam cutter, needle, thread, bactine, stypic pencil and gauze wouldn’t fix.

I was just saying to my housemate the other day, after we watched the SNL hosted by Timothee Chalamet, that I would love to see Timmy step into the role formerly occupied by Johnny Depp of the dreamily handsome though slightly feminine, quirky, universally beloved movie star. So I appreciate this ad which stars him

Seriously. If someone forced me at gunpoint to watch a superhero flop, I’d pick Spider-Man 3 before anything Snyder directed, any of the Fantastic 4 movies, or any of the more dire entries in the X-Men series (Last Stand or Origins, for example).

Shelter Ctastravaganza!

What has every made this week? Or bought? I bought some Bazaar Snack Mix from Trader Joe’s, it was pretty good, it has pistachios, almonds, dried sour cherries, dried apricots, and crispy chickpeas. I’ve never had crispy chickpeas before, and they were tasty, but so so dry. I felt like they were sucking all the

It is a dumb idea, but it’s exactly what an abuser would do, and to some degree it would work because people would in fact turn on her. Not saying he would come out ahead, but misogyny and slut/victim-shaming are powerful.

Nah dawg, this episode was a terrific blend of the two worlds.

Her mother’s callsign was Photon.

What? What are you taking about? The effect they have on regular people has been front and center for years now. That’s pretty much been the driving conceit behind everything since AoU. The ground level terror caused by super beings is why the Lagos commercial was in this episode.

Do the Avengers even exist anymore, though? Tony and Natasha are dead. Cap and Clint retired. Thor’s out in space with the GotG. Spider-Man’s a teenager, Dr. Strange doesn’t really care about the Avengers, And-Man’s presumably back in SF with his family, Captain Marvel’s presumably back in space. I don’t think any

Cap was absolutely correct about the Sokovia Accords, though. The obvious result of the Accords would be the Avengers awkwardly asking Israeli teens to disarm themselves while Saudi princes toast champagne and watch drone footage of Yemeni houses getting blown up and Chinese kleptocrats count money while walking over

He begs Vision to stop Wanda: “She’s in my head. None of it is my own. It hurts. It hurts so much. Just make her stop.”

Monica is clearly moved when Jimmy mentions Captain Marvel.

One thing I’ll say , growing up in a poor European ( but not eastern) country in the 70s and 90s , there were a LOT of old American sitcoms used as filler in the day , I mean I saw stuff like Green Acres and the Beverly Hillbillies and Barney Miller the like , so its not inconceivable that she would have seen them.

The way she broke was also different. The others freeze up or act funny. Like they’re in character but not playing it anymore.

Norm might not even have been referring to Wanda when he pleaded with Vision to “make her stop.” It could be Dottie or Agnes (with or without her heretofore unseen hubby) that’s the Big Bad and this has all been something of a misdirect.
