I always felt like they were too innocent to be stoners.

I love all three movies, but man a lot of the final act of this one is obnoxious. I hate Station. They’re stupid and unfunny. The Good Robot Bill and Ted are lame. The KISS song is terrible. Only the time fight with DeNomolos makes it worth it. Everything leading up to Heaven is golden though. And thank gods that Face

Snide? Did you read the article? Snide is their bread n butter around here.

Cool, I guess, but I would've preferred it to be in the style of/featuring characters from the more recent IDW series.

A little over a decade ago I worked at a GameStop in an Orlando suburb. For whatever reason, anti-Semitic slurs were huge with the high school kids that came in there. I had to drop almost daily warnings when the k-word would inevitably pop up. It was truly baffling. I rarely hear these particular slurs, but that time

God I loved that thing as a kid. So, so rad.

This sounds fun and explains where everyone was, but I guess I get cutting it. Also, the name Cataract is stupid and I'm tired of seeing it.

He did. I loved that episode. It reminded me that I really miss peak Eddie and it seemed like he was a cool dad.

Ralph's picture was a headshot. He's an actor.

I mean, in my opinion, yeah. I thought she was one of the few consistently good things in the last Star Wars trilogy. And I liked her in Murder on the Orient Express and Ophelia, even if the movies didn't knock my socks off. She may just need a better agent at this point...

I made an attempt at reading the book on a co-worker’s recommendation, and oof. Did not get far. It sounds like the movie is a pretty spiritually faithful adaptation. I hope it doesn’t dent Daisy’s prospects, because she really is a talented and likable actor. (Tom too, but he has a better shot at failing up.)

I can’t wait for cons to make a comeback. We usually hit a couple a year when able. Last year, just when Covid hit, I was supposed to go to Indiana Comic Con to meet Billy Dee Williams. I really miss the scene and the cosplay.

I too am excited to see this surely-will-be-in-slow-motion trainwreck. From a filmmaking pov, it's fascinating that it exists. Unless it's delightfully stupid, I won't put in the full 4 hours, but the first 45 minutes absolutely have my attention.

Total agreement. Great cast, less-than-stellar stories thus far.

I think you mean Pete Parkerr.

I’m actually kind of hoping multiverse shenanigans lead to Peter being taken out of the MCU and Miles replacing him as Spidey.

I’m hoping so. Kathryn Hahn is perfection (and I’m a little bit in love), but I knew from the first promos who she really was, so a second reveal would be great. I’d like to see an MCU spin on Mephisto myself. And even though it was introduced on AoS, that’s not really canon so that could certainly be the Darkhold.

My sister at 9 was definitely left watching me at 3. This was '80, '81, and she did it for years. Some kids grow up faster than others because they have to. They shouldn't be underestimated.

I didn't see Elysium, but both Chappie and District 9 (yup) were really bad fucking movies. Speaking of chapped asses, this guy getting any major work or attention chaps mine.

I love him, but I also want Infinity War to have some real consequences.
