Did anyone see the WAHAM episode of Shrill? This is that. If not, go watch Shrill immediately.

I discovered Ian in kind of several things at once during my childhood, namely Greystoke, Dreamchild and Alien (I was a weird kid). He was always one of my favorites. A truly legendary actor has left us. RIP Ian.
UUGGGH. Can I have like one thing to look forward to this year that I don't get yanked around by? I guess this guarantees that I'll pick up the PS5 version, if a separate one exists.
I'm not sure if it's cancelled for 2021 or will just be held in a different location. It moves from state to state and sometimes to the UK annually. I hope it comes back to Chicago or elsewhere accessible to the Midwest sometime soon.
It does look oddly photoshopped though, like the text isn’t physically on the page...?
Goddammit, this has been killing me all day. I thought either everyone I knew was dead, or maybe it was me and I didn't realize. At least I know for sure that it's not just my phone now.
I continue to be impressed with the person that Daniel grew into, both as an adventurous actor and just a general good human being.
Biff was at least a little funny.
Because it doesn't matter if we believe they're about to die, it matters that they believe it. Still an affecting scene after watching it a half dozen times.
This will be a massively important social experiment if they go through with it. And if it works, I pray it spreads like wildfire. This is one of the biggest civil rights movements in history, and I feel like real change may be coming. I hope.
Right? I work at a public library and we’re getting daily complaints — some heated — that the building isn’t open and we’re only doing contactless curbside pickups. Suck it up, people.
Reading is fully sensory for me. The feel and turn of the page and the smell of the paper is part of the experience. As a public library employee, I can tell you that's true for a lot of people.
Apparently his one co-writer, Jonathan Hale on Attack of the Clones, was responsible for a lot of the bad jokey wordplay and romantic dialogue the movie gets slammed for. I’d be curious to know how much of that is true.
I like Portman a lot in general, from The Professional and Beautiful Girls when she was young to later stuff like Black Swan or Closer. The problem is, she doesn’t like doing Hollywood blockbuster stuff like Star Wars or, more recently, Thor. Which is fine, but it’s always obvious when she’s sleepwalking through a…
...Maybe Natalie Portman. But yeah, Jar Jar at his worst wasn't Ahmed's fault, and he's always seemed a cool guy.
Going to have to disagree on this one. They're both bad, but Uma and Ahnuld are infinitely more fun to watch than annoying Jim and bored Tommy Lee. Nicole us heartachingly gorgeous in Forever, though, so that's worth it.
It's still a call for extrajudicial murder, but you go right ahead and die on that hill.
John is cool as fuck, and I love that he stood by what he said and didn't sugar coat it. Have you seen Attack the Block? "Y'hear that, Moses? That's for you, man."
Could they do a version of this that fortysomethings could take part in? Asking for a friend. (I'm my friend.)
Unlike Justice League, I would like to see this. There was enough I liked about Suicide Squad that a shift in pace or storytelling and a less obnoxious soundtrack could make it infinitely more watchable. The villains are a loss though.
