I feel like the argument most have about Telegram's encryption lacking isn't valid for most people. The point of encryption IMHO, for most people - who are not actively being investigated by some law enforcement organization - is to just make it harder than stupidly easy to read your messages. So it might be lacking

Alternatives: ChatSecure, Cryptocat (iOS), Wickr

I've used Calibre to convert books to a Kindle format (I think AZW3) but any books that I add via that process show up as docs on Kindle Paperwhite, not as books. Does anyone know a way around that, so that they show up as books?

Calibre: The same software we used to remove the DRM and convert your ebooks earlier is actually its own library management software. Not only can it sort your books, but you can read them on the desktop.

I used to do that, just leaving everything in my inbox. However, after going through the process of archiving everything that I've read and don't need to work on, and seeing the very empty and clean inbox, I can't turn back now. For something like Outlook, archiving is a necessity. For webmail, I don't think it's

Like other commenters, I think you're missing the point of what Suba is saying. Did you read her summary of #4?

I don't think she's saying you should completely rule out the possibility of getting an English (or other seemingly "unpractical" degree) altogether. In your case, you had an idea of what you could do with it. The problem a lot of people get into, is they choose a degree based on what their passion is, without giving

I'm considering using this on my movie collection, which I use with Plex to stream throughout my house. How does using this compare to the automatic scanning that Plex does, where it looks up metadata for the different videos and pulls in covers, cast info, etc.?

It's definitely more involved than most other types of massage (although like the article says, you don't have to do anything yourself), but it leaves you feeling like a new person.

Oh, that makes sense. The Google Fiber box is pretty simple. Just a little device built into the wall, with a power cord going in and a single Ethernet cord going out.

I wonder why the box has to be so big. My Google fiber modem is smaller than my phone (an S3, mind you, not a phablet). Granted, the router is a little bigger, but it's maybe 6"x6"

Would it be possible to do Hive Five for the best remote connections manager? Meaning apps that are used to manage all those connections, like VisionApp, MRemote, etc. Once you figure out what method you want to use to connect to your remote machines, next it becomes important to figure out how to manage all those

Flickr gives you 1TB for free and has an Android and iOS app. It seemed like it takes a little more setup to make sure that no one else can see your photos (but I've only just started using it, so I might be missing something).

I feel like most of complaints about 2-step authentication are from people who either don't understand how it works (what if I don't have an internet connection?, if someone steals my phone, they have access to everything!) or those who can't be bothered to change habits in small ways for the sake of better security.

Noisetrade is one of my go-to sites for discovering new music for free

I tried using Glacier before, and while being extremely cheap, the downside I found is retrieving your data. It not only takes a lot of time before it's even ready to download, but it can get expensive to download it. When I was using it (not sure if the pricing has changed or not) they charged you based on how much

I feel like Hugh Jackman and Dwayne Johnson aren't good examples for showing that this "fasting" works. Like others said, they also have personal trainers, workout several hours a day, and are basically paid to have physiques that most people with normal jobs couldn't attain without dropping all other responsibilities.

Thanks! Glad I could help
