Remember that mass in motion multiplies the effect of the impact, so a pebble thrown hard enough at your front windshield can go right through it as well. Not that people can throw that hard, but you get the idea.

Happens to me intermittently, if I restart it will usually fix it. Once I had to restart like 3 times though, not sure what causes it.

I built a similar thing back in 2007 with a school project. It was fun running through the game with the headset (which was, of course, horrendous compared to the Oculus Rift). I used a Wiimote and 3DOF Intersense trackers to do all of it. The project website is still online: http://stunningcreations.nl/

This kind of thing just makes me sick. I have a particular disgust for the concept of a "perfect idol", and people that feel that she should be punished for lawful behavior are people I simply cannot find respectable in any way.

The Dutch at least built them in far away exotic places though. So if the German climate isn't your thing, there's always that!

I'd reckon it's 'cause she doesn't care. And you do, however temporarily that may be. You're invested in an activity, and the obstacles surrounding that investment cause your frustration.

I'm a little biased on this point, but I wouldn't award Planetside 2 best technology after they pretty much ignored AMD APU's. Anybody up to speed if they ever got their act together and started optimizing for them?

I find this trailer's lack of anti-aliasing... disturbing.

Sounds like a badly worded exploit clause. People get banned all the time for excessively exploiting, and thus also keeping it quiet, a bug that allows them to get an unfair advantage against other players in an online game sphere.

Valakas, his eventual successor

Antharas, the initial end boss of Lineage 2

I probably fit mostly into the Jazzmaster category, but my self-loathing only applies to my own habit. I tend to not like the fact that I like certain things. The source of my self-loathing is not instilled in games itself, or my intrinsic perception of them, but rather how my dad would ride me for doing such useless

Not to mention that great ambient noise that boosts the immersion. And I love how the light shines brightly into my face from behind the screen.

I could probably write a small program that would ask for a password on boot and if you get it wrong (maybe a few times) or cancel/don't respond it will just delete the whole thing. There are ways, heh...

Tried a few before I got this idea.

Maybe they'll let you play the girl. That'd be nice for a change.

This made me think of how in The Witcher 2 I would roll everywhere because it was faster than running. I'd like to see that in one of these videos, heh.

Sounds familiar. The sad truth is that it makes sense that when you give people a place to talk about something, you can expect the bad to be most adamantly represented. Perhaps not in the majority, but definitely more fiercely. I'm pretty sure that links to how we as human beings remember bad things more clearly than

Perhaps important to note is that they offer an unlimited free trial for those that can't wait for the free release. I'll be trying this when I get home.
