The one thing I remember most after reading this, is that China won't be copying something foreign.

HD and make up are closely tied together, but only because you need more of it the higher you crank up the resolution.
I wonder what he could do with Mr Radar.
I like to think of choice in games as a traversal of the possibility space. Anything that can happen at any time in a game is part of the possibility space, which may change shape over time when you get to different parts of the game. When you make a choice, you're just changing direction in the game's possibility…
lol, that freezeframe at the end is just disturbing.
Amnesia: The Dark Descent is plent scary. I just got it on steam, and playing that alone in the dark is great.
This is pretty interesting, albeit a bit limited by the grouping of specific colors to notes, which makes it a one-key ordeal.
Is MTV as music-less elsewhere as it is in Holland? There's literally nothing that involves music on that channel anymore.
Interesting point. The question is more than: do you want Minecraft to be a first person shooter? If so, you're in luck because it can be!
You pose the subject in a confusing manner when you say "It's weird to me how selling out would not be considered selling out in a country".
Hah, I know how you feel. I've gotten really good at moving into positions where only one or two enemies can see me, popping into strength, headshot, popping back into stealth, all in like half a second. Very useful for taking out large numbers of enemies unseen.
Remember that article on here a few months back a bunch of movie stars doing commercials in Japan, and not locally? Like Harrison Ford playing Uncharted. Perhaps doing a commercial in Japanese culture is not considered "selling out" as much, or at all, as it is here.
Most likely peoples aptitude at employing all of its features, and custom content packages. The actual release has a lot of new people fiddling around with it, in time those that keep fiddling long enough will make a great addition to the already numerous crowd.
Some of the corporations I know about, such as some big legal firms in the Netherlands, are still working on transitioning to Windows 7, let alone even considering going to 8 at any reasonable pace. If it's as bad as Gabe thinks it is, people will skip it.
I, for one, couldn't stand Tali. I was kind of glad when she died, and I felt kind of bad that I felt good.
To be fair, since then with a DX11 patch it's quite a bit heavier on the GPU, and looks a lot better too. I wonder if they'd make that same mistake again though, releasing the PC optimizations so much later.
Plenty. You've probably seen a lot of them already. Wouldn't you rather just go on not knowing? :P
I will, heh. I don't care about superiority, in fact your use of the word weakness is interesting here. The thing to take away from this is that the console and pc platform offer a different experience, and there is no sense in demeaning either for that difference.
So you're blaming your own weakness to mods and cheats on the game and/or platform? Stay classy.
Dunno if I'd call it piracy outright, but you are removing a revenue stream that was specifically put in place so the app could be made free in the first place.
