I absolutely cannot wait to finish this game (going for a mostly 100%ish run, so that’ll be 15 years from now I guess), so I can start following speed runs of this game. So psyched that people are already finding tons of ways to tackle this game!

This is awesome. Nintendo really has an opportunity to offer a ton of different Joy-Con and console body styles to appeal to a wider audience. I happen to be a fan of the blue/red colors, but the whole system could use more by way of external design options.

I don’t really understand how the initial shaders for the human eyes ever shipped. It’s so terrible, and it’s not THAT complex, seemingly, to add some darkening or whatever they did to make it what it looks like now...

I was expecting specs SIGNIFICANTLY better than PS4 Pro. 50% more RAM and some little steps up elsewhere isn’t exactly going to make this guy blow Sony out of the water. I’ll stick with my PS4 Pro.

Ah Chapter 13. One of the worst gaming experiences of my life...followed by 14, one of the best! I swear to God, if half the game would have been as dark and scary as 14...

The gays are all swoon-y for Gladio, and while he’s kinda hot, he’s also too lifeless for my tastes. But that costume...I mean, I GUESS I could be convinced to get the DLC. 😍

Nope I used them all the time. They did a shit ton of damage, especially if you just did the jumping attack, which was rather fast.

At the risk of being unpopular, I’ll say this is why I don’t like the Smash competitive scene, honestly. It’s too high octane for me. I don’t get any sense of community at tournaments I’ve been to. Just cliques. You’re either in the “in” group or you’re nobody. Lot of bad attitudes and personalities, too.

Crunchyroll is out for me. He quality of their encoding has gotten worse or, at best, stayed the same for the last six years. Noticeable banding and compression artifacts make the viewing experience distracting. I’m not paying for “premium” service anymore if it doesn’t include basic 1080p stream quality.

Glad to know it wasn’t just me. Strange that you can’t restart it when it’s docked...you have to physically hold the button on the Switch itself.

Quite a few exceptions, actually. I recall only being able to get my gay on with a handful of other male characters. Still, at least there was Bull... 😍

As much as I just couldn’t stick with the game (despite dozens of hours), the character designs and animations were so damn good. Definitely a standout in recent gaming that I haven’t really seen topped.
