Well, people do stupid things all the time, but it's especially sickening when the victims of these kinds of acts are completely innocent and faultless. Kinda like a "the drunk driver was the one to walk away from the accident alive" type deal...

@Eternalbl: Well that's a tad different I think. At least that game is ultra, ultra rare. In this case, the $35,000 price tag is just because some guy's broke, not because he owns anything or any particular worth.

Why do stories like this even get mentioned? It just increases the (unlikely) chances that some rich idiot out there will read this and buy it just so he can be mentioned on some online gaming sites for a day or so...
