Witcher is so much easier to understand, though: “Guy hunts monsters and tries to find his daughter. Awesome story.”

Any time I think of listing my favorite games, I can easily rattle off “Witcher 3" and (don’t @ me) “Dragon Age: Inquisition,” but then I almost sheepishly add in, “And then there’s this game about androids, and existentialism, and the music is really good, and it will make you sad, and it’s flawed, but it does so…
I thoroughly enjoyed this article.
I am infinitely in love with this new show.
Or—and this is just spitballing—you could not buy their games. And do buy other games. From...other people.
I, for one, welcome our new Kotaku overlords.
You’ve made me so happy writing about this game I adore! I have yet to start a third play through, but my second was such a homecoming. I romanced Sera this second time, and, honestly, felt guilty by the end. I don’t think Sera needed me as a lover; I think she needed a friend who gave her space to grow and to find…
“His Tracer, much like New York after he’s done with them, is merciless.”
I can only imagine that you did this on purpose, Mr. Simple, and I salute you.
Friend and I played The Division heavily, grabbed the platinum trophy on PS4. I may go back to it, but we didn’t love the endgame Dark Zone grind. I have great memories.
I’ll see if EA learns from their own experience with Battlefront II. I’m not holding my breath, but I’ve loved so much from Bioware, I’m still optimistic.
I’m afraid I was too burned by Battleborn to feel much hope for anything from Gearbox. Loved the game, felt terribly treated as an early supporter.
On the plus side, you can now straight-up buy the armor pieces that you want, if you’re not getting the drops you need. So...that’s good.
Full time job, wife, kids, side projects, but I still love gaming, so my Destiny play ranges from zero hours to maybe six hours in a week, most weeks. Sometimes, like with the Faction rally, I put in more, because faction gear, ornaments and shaders, that matters to me. It’s all about style!
Wow. What a piece of writing, and what an enticing game!
I’m genuinely curious which games you put on this list of more deserving games with a better complete experience. I’m not asking to be a troll, but I’m also pretty familiar with the video game landscape, and I’m interested to see your take on this with specifics.
Destiny 2 is a social experience for me with a few friends. If I want to keep playing with them, which I do, then the season pass is the way I have to do it. I see it as my personal ‘MMO subscription fee,’ but I totally understand the decision to pass on the content. I know what I’m getting into. :D
I can’t buy the expansion until next week. Any word on if I can still buy the Prometheus Lens?
I can’t quite tell if this is satire.
“Can you...take me to Elysium?”
