Just have a war correspondent mode (toggle in safe zone), where you are unarmed and have a clear label that you are here to shoot photo not people. Agree. They have Olympic and Special Olympic for the disabled due to the physical difference. Gaming, or poker for that matter, does not have different matches for our disabled players. They have to find their own way to stay competive.
