I applaud any one who puts miles on those cars instead of keeping them locked away in a garage.

Fuck, it looks so much better than the AMG GT 4dr. Way better, way cleaner, sleeker, and more cohesive.
Only if the force is applied to that one direction of the fibers. All bets are off from any other angle.
Know whats cool that wont make it into the commercials. When you have the reverse camera in trailer mode (for hitching up) there is a center guide bar on the screen that curves its trajectory as you turn, much like the standard 2 reverse bars on all reverse cams. BUT that’s not it, since the truck knows youre backin…
LOL
Superchargers are where they need to be - off of highways, facilitating long journeys. But damn, regular chargers are slow AF.
I’m talking about the future, not today. Other companies will enter the market and Tesla’s market share will decrease. The question is will the market grow fast enough to allow Tesla’s decreasing market share to support them? It may, it may not. I’m simply trying to ask questions that people seem hell-bent against…
That quote is laced with clues. They might be able to maintain acceleration reliability - but that means they are willing to dramatically shorten the overall life of the battery (having it completely need to be replaced much sooner).
Tesla’s cars currently state that the battery should not need to be replaced until…
Dolan pls
15 years is basically infancy in automotive manufacturing. On top of that, doing something completely unconventional (Full Electric) in a market that doesn’t support it takes lots of resources.
Tesla also has a history of making something that Porsche hasn’t been able to make so far: an electric car which has actually shipped.
Relaxing meditation of the evening:
Dealership charging is a lazy first step. I guess it’s better than nothing, but not much better. Will they even be available when the dealership is closed? For one, my BMW dealership has chargers available for i3 owners, but they lock up the lot when the dealership is closed. The two closest Porsche dealers also lock…
Also cars for Hitler.
“announcing plans to install fast chargers at every single Porsche dealership in the U.S.”
189 dealerships...vs 1,130 Supercharger Stations with 8,496 Superchargers.
“the Mission E’s performance can maintain top speed and reproduce acceleration reliably”
I3 is more expensive than a model 3, slower than a model 3, and has less than half the range of the model 3. The i3 isn’t a generation ahead it’s behind in every way that’s important to a buyer except (presumably) build quality
Which is detrimental unless tuned using speed density vs MAF. The stock intake system on a subi can easily handle 400whp,and even after that an aftermarket recirc bpv will handle the increase in boost required to get more power.
Water/Methanol injection with the catch cans you already have would do it.
