big diesels still use viscous driven fans and the raptor uses a small but powerful diesel. the big engine driven fans deliver way more cfms that electric fans do.

uh, i’ve had a washing machine in the back of my focus st with the seats down. why not put it in the jeep?
the stock 235s are low rolling resistance high mileage tires that aren’t designed for track use. ever driven the 71rs on track? totally different animal. a square setup would definitely help the balance and reduce understeer. crazy to think otherwise.
miatas and brzs are square setups. that’s a dumb excuse, otherwise the others are much closer to square than the setup they had on the model 3 not to mention this isn’t a fr car with the weight of the engine up front. it’s balance is different than everything you listed minus the porsche. the mustang does…
those could be porsche side mirrors as well?
i went through three sets in two summers. they were awesome but damn expensive.
it’s only under steering because they put a huge tire in back. if it where 265/265 front and rear it’d probably be much more balanced. they only mentioned it didn’t have adjustable front camber and not what it was from the factory, but my car really benefited from 2° of front camber on track. this might too.
how long is that straight? what’s a really fast car for example. just trying to compare it to my local thompson motor speedway straight.
yeah weight transfer and stuff lol. but still 😉. what year is the cayman? i love those but at 6’6” i don’t think i’d fit under the bar with a helmet. guy at my autocross rips in one of those. the turn in is crazy.
and in regards to being over weight my car is about 3100#s or 3-400#s lighter with more wheel horsepower, and the suspension is set up pretty neutral vs the tailhappy factory setup. it’s right inline with all the othe turbo four small cars weight wise. the platform has evolved for twenty years from the original c170…
that’s an issue too. i did install an m factory lsd for about $700. did the work and saved a bunch of cash probably about $1100. that reduces wheel speed differences and doesn’t quite disable that but keeps it almost off. mclarens aren’t equipped with an lsd an control wheel speed the same way by the way though.
those are all na cars. turbo cars need some cooling mods. focus sts have active vents in front of the radiator and intercooler for mpgs while cruising. remove those and it gets better. i added some shrouding to mine after the other parts removal and the car is a blast on track.
like the terminator, it’ll need a chicken heart though it won’t feel pain because of a lack of central nervous system.
think it’s spray painted on the intercooler.
i only went to the race once but it was amazing. sooo much skill getting up that narrow road fast. big ole’ balls are needed.
with the space they had for that screen why not just make it without the bezel and make it larger? all that shiny black side does is catch my eye.
also the article you linked to was wrong about the curb weight of the laferrari which is closer to 3500 pounds and not the 27xx reported. that weight was the projected weight and then bloat and safety requirements came along and you know kers.
i’m pretty sure a laferrari is heavier than 2500lbs
like a tramp stamp!
