I have one of those in my 35mm arsenal. Fun camera. Fuji Superia Xtra 400 is a solid choice for color. But if it’s going to be bright and sunny out, maybe spring for a roll of slide film like Fuji Velvia 100 or Kodak Ektachrome E100.

I’ve been shooting film at the Grand Prix of St Petersburg for a few years now. These first three were shot in 2018 on a 1952 Exa Ver. 1 with some film I was not happy with.

Because more often than not, the Doctor’s response to Graham is what happens, more or less. Someone lays some heavy shit on you and you don’t have an answer. Maybe you will later. Maybe you won’t. The show left that open ended, and such is life. And again, sometimes just acknowledging that you heard that person is

I don’t think it misses the mark at all. It was, in fact, on the mark. Too many TV shows and movies always seem to have the magical answer for the character who needs it. That is not the case in real life. This episode clearly showed that there is no magical answer that makes everything better. A show about a space

Carbon Series in white is the way to go.

Back in maybe 2008 or 2009, one of the three was for sale at the same time as the house who’s window the car flew through. I was really hoping the same person would buy both but it didn’t happen. Total missed opportunity.

Now playing

this hasn’t been showing up as often (Or really at all) as I’d have expected in online conversations about these tiktok kids.

My childhood pre-dates “The Internet.”

There were cameras, but no internet to upload to; no way to easily share it with the world... which is a good thing. Because that night we got ahold of a flare gun was amazing.

Being a kid in the 1980s was great. No one took video of all the stupid shit we did, all the things we set on fire, all the things we blew up...

Fuck each and every one of these assholes; the ones driving and the ones filming. Fuck them all. Don’t do this shit. It’s stupid, irresponsible, dangerous, and we are all worse off because of it.

It’s so much more complicated than just point and shoot. And when you nail a killer shot, damn right put your name on it before posting it to the internet.

I get overly excited about encouraging people to take pictures. Color and contrast aren’t necessary.

Another friend was out there as well and just killed it with his shots. Best ones I’ve seen of the boom. I wish you could see the non-compressed full res version of these. He had his shit dialed in perfectly.

I couldn’t get over to watch this launch, but these are shots from some of my photog buddies. First one was shot from a boat, second one was on base.

The next Thor movie will be based on this.

Congrats. But get the watch. You don’t have to open it. Just set it on the mantle and tell people it’s a major award.

Two Vectors makes for a good year. But I forgot about this little guy. Gem of the year.
