Great. We took my future mother-in-law’s Honda in as soon as the recall notice came in the mail last year. Being a good Jalopnik reader, I knew her car needed the replacement and was waiting for the notice to come in the mail (the dealerships won’t touch it until the notice officially goes out). According to the

Having seen and touched (but not driven) a Koenigsegg CCX, I will attest to the fact that the man is an engineering genius. That car is completely bonkers. The duct work in the engine could pass for modern art in a museum. I can only imagine the level of engineering detail that is on the One:1.

An ex from the mid 90s had a Geo Metro 3 Door Hatch. 3 cylinders of shame. It did get unreal file mileage, though; and doing any work on it was a breeze. With a standard socket set and a few screw drivers, you could take the entire car apart. She dropped it off at a shop once to have them do the water pump. I was home

I was expecting him to be going a lot faster.

Here’s one more!

This was the Jalopnik Momo Ferrari almost running me over in the paddock at St Pete. I was trying to back out of the way, but it kept coming at me. Thankfully, I had the good sense to start shooting pics of my impending death. To avoid getting hit, the ladyfriend and I got backed all the way into the work space of one

If the Toyota engine blew beyond repair, and that led to this person getting a bit creative, than maybe I can get behind this.

It seems to me that Ferrari and McLaren are in a pissing contest at which they don’t want to anyone to see the results of. I’m still waiting to see a head to head running of the The Ferrari vs. the P1. They both seem confident that they are better than the other, but are too chickenshit to give it a go. Please, call

found it.

That car almost ran me over in the paddock in St Pete. Need to dig out the pictures to post. I had my camera in hand. As I was trying desperately to back out of the way, I started shooting at ground level as it came me. Priorities.

Can we get a list of those who bought them? Curious if someone has one hidden nearby. I’ve seen a lot of fantastic cars up close in the wild, but have yet to come across this one.

Someone in my neighborhood has one. I get to hear and see it drive by my house a few times a day. It’s a glorious thing. I should follow them home to see if they want to be my new best friend.

Why don’t we do a post of stories about amazing mechanics who have saved our asses? I’ve got a few good stories.

Having gone to the race, I can say that one would not expect to be hit with debris as far from the track as she was. One of the beautiful things about the St Pete race is how close you can actually get to the track. It’s great. It is dangerous, should something go wrong. I was photographing the races, and found a few

I’ve had a good laugh everytime I’ve had this happen on that road. It’s also worth pointing out that Orlando is Hell on Earth and should be avoided at all costs.

There are what looks like a few in that color sitting at my local McLaren dealer right now. I can go get one anytime I want.

It looks like a Veyron and the new NSX had an inbred baby.

I almost got run over by the Momo Jalopnik Ferrari at the St Petersburg Grand Prix.

They said during the broadcast that he was thinking he was going to drive one of the cars. He's lucky that he didn't get killed out there.
