Am I the only one who would be annoyed to be the 7th car in a line of Officers responding? What does the Vehicle Code say about emergency vehicles passing other emergency vehicles on a double yellow or a freeway offramp during a pursuit? Maybe I am too much of a hoon to be a CHP.
