This is just another reminder that Twitter is not the real world (unfortunately, in this case). I do not believe i have EVER seen one person defend Ted Cruz in his own tweets, yet he somehow keeps winning his seat? Are people actually more ashamed to admit they voted for Cruz now than Trump?

I have to admit, right up until two minutes ago, i had NO IDEA Wolf 359 was an actual, real thing. Jesus christ...

Better question: Why isn’ Taylor Swift’s twitter handle @TaylorSwift? She couldn’t buy it from whoever was squatting on in? She had to be TaylorSwift13, like some weird fan account would have?

Jesus Christ, I had no idea there are “pro-Woody Allen” websites. Even one, much less plural. Seriously... WHY?
I will say that once you find yourself in an argument with someone who’s made a Woody Allen defense website, you’ve already lost. We’ve all already lost.

They probably feel the same way a lot of people felt when they posted all those black square on Instagram. They felt like they had to do SOMETHING, so they did it, then it was pretty quickly realized to be a bad idea, but they already did it and changing /deleting it would seem weird.

Like... You already made a dumb name by using a singular noun for a group, and you’re just gonna double down on it but calling MORE attention to the singular noun?

    Easy, Antebellum...

I remember this from The Greatest Batman Stories Ever Told book that, I think, was released around the same time as the first Burton movie. Really a great primer for Batman in general, and not surprisingly, a lot of O’Neil/Adams stories.

I mean, it’s incredibly unclear who’s land this is...

    The “machine” is Clippy...

The thing I remember most from Gone with the Wind is that it was the first time i learned that a man can be named Ashley.

It should never been called “HBO Max.” It just confused things. HBO execs didn’t even want it called “HBO” anything but AT&T just HAD to leverage the “brand awareness” or something. it’s incredibly confusing, especially given the different iterations across different providers.

    TIME OUT!

She’s basically DC’s Black Panther. Even the same purple energy effects, costume, and claws.

One more fun fact- The writer of the ep is James Robinson, who created the Jack Knight version of Starman. Forgot how much I loved that comic, particularly the Shade.

Was that scene on the roof sort of implying that Yolanda’s jumping was at least tinged with a suicidal thought as well? Like, even if this doesn’t work, at least this will all be over?

I’m only familiar with the Ted Grant Wildcat in the comics, who as far as I could tell was just a boxer. Was Yolanda simply wearing his outfit too? Because the version on the show appears to just be DC’s Black Panther, right down to the purple shockwave/power effects, suit, and claws.

Always funny to me that Laurel took like three boxing lessons with Wildcat, who as you mentioned wasn’t all that impressive himself, and all of a sudden she’s holding her own with the top fighters trained by the League of Assassins? Though I guess in fairness she did get killed pretty quickly, albeit by magic.

Jesus, and *I’M* stuck in the grays?

Boy, what are they gonna do with Wile E. Coyote then? Does Acme even sell any non-lethal items?
