Part of me was a LITTLE worried he was laughing because he was agreed with them and found everyone else’s objections hilarious, in an “owning the libs” kind of way. Now I am relieved.

The officials in El Paso should test this and switch out the people set to meet the president, and see if he sends tweets after the fact with the wrong names. Though that kind of mistake is not really proof he pre-wrote them I guess.
