Because we’re all at work earning money to buy an old Porsche.

There’s a really rare 959. 959S I think it’s called?
Invincible? I would have to say that’s VW. They are like Brady, taking punishment and still coming out on top. How else does a company endure Dieselgate and still turn around to be the top automaker in the world? Like them or hate them, they are as close to invincible as the auto world has today.
It’s a god damned stick shift rotary wagon.
This one’s worth saving. It’s a god damned rotary wagon. NP.
Because when I build my fantasy car I add ALL THE OPTIONS.
You’re not wrong, there are people who have been hurt by free trade, but automation has reduced employment opportunities in this country more than free trade has. Should we throttle the use of robots and machines in production lines as well, and increase the cost of consumer goods just to hold on to a few low-paying…
Why do they keep trying to show “lifestyle” with the wagons? It’s really annoying. Couldn’t they show normal people doing normal things with it? If they were to sell this in the states, you already have to deal with the annoying snobbery associated with German wagon ownership. Ferrari owners are more humble than this.
Dear BMW,
Thanks for the nod Kristen.
I mean we only hear about the tech they want us to hear about
They don’t Rapidely depreciate fast enough to get to 25k.
Pretty sure they still have to innovate to hit foreign emission standards.....
I can put up with 8 years of people bitching about Obama, but you’re too chickenshit to put up only with 2 weeks?
How could it possibly be perceived as a win for him? He took literally no concrete action to do anything because he doesn’t actually wield any power until he’s sworn in.
And even so, UAW agreements have locked in these jobs anyway. If there’s anybody to credit for keeping production around it’s unions.
Can confirm. My father traveled lots for sales in the 80s through earlier this year and spent plenty of time going from one nameplate to another, with a goal to never lease the same car, much less one from the same marque, twice. BMW, Audi, Mercedes, Infiniti, Acura...he went through them all.
Ahh but they pay full price for private colleges in the u.s. which funds the scholarships of many locals. At least, that’s the case at my alma mater. Thanks China!
Sales of new Audis and M model BMW’s will plummet.
You may be assuming more students can afford it.
