Threatening to have a fight out back after school doesn’t constitute terrorism, especially if the 2nd party doesn’t participate. The point is that they are out in the middle of nowhere and if no one else shows up, they haven’t coerced, intimidated, or conducted any violence. Just don’t participate.

There has been no use of violence. There is no one there to intimidate. So no, it is not the dictionary definition of terrorism.
