Not the answer to the Federal Debt problem, maybe for road infrastructure updates. Our biggest issue is that the majority of politicians on the federal level are too scared to gut the ridiculous amount we spend on defense funding and any attempt to redirect funds to helping the citizens is immediately lambasted as

Very. I still have to go back and reshut my car doors regularly and I haven’t had a car with them in a year and a half. That and the HUD are the two tech things I miss from my BMW ownership.

It’s a very BMW thing. A couple of their blacks are a black base coat with either blue or red flake. It doesn’t photograph well but it has a very cool effect in natural light.

Like a Bosch?

This is where I’m at. I don’t have the traffic problem but when driving an hour on the interstate each way a manual is pretty pointless. If and when I get a second car, then a manual will be a definite want.

I was living in Indiana when Toyota came into NASCAR and you would have thought that the sky was falling even though at the time Toyota was one of the largest manufacturers in the state.

Thank you! Thank you! I would like to thank all the little people I had to step on to get here.

A BMW 5-series (on summer run-flats) and my JSW are the only two that were obviously not meant for it that I took off-road. Both did surprisingly well.

Tarmac rallies do exist.

I didn’t figure we would. BMW never even brought over the 1-series hatch when they were selling them here.

That’s awesome. I need to figure out some sort of motorsport activity.

Posted the same thing, but you choose a better picture.

May I point out the Rally Raid Hilux that runs in off-road rallies around the world? Different platform than the Tacoma but still a Toyota pickup doing rally things.

Technically a hill climb and not a rally, but point is well made.

Are any of these offered in a hatch? No? I’ll pass.

Any car is a rally car if you’re brave enough.

Tar and feathering isn’t really an efficient method. If you get the tar too hot then they die before you feather them. If the tar is too cold then the feathers don’t stick effectively since the tar starts to harden too quickly.

Damnit, I was hoping for more continuing adventures in M3 rally car life. Mostly because I’ve been considering building a Spec 3 car and want to watch someone fail so I know what not to do, besides rallying.

Sounds like the non-union workers need to unionize to me.
