My thought was Of course not, only when they arent white.

Basically in the early 20th Century the elites of St. Louis wanted nothing to do with the country bumpkins of the county, so they broke the city away. Now, the white folks in the county don’t want to take on St. Louis city’s problems* so they won’t reintegrate. It’s supremely stupid on all counts.

I just recently started reading the manga that the movie was based on and the movie is lacking so much of the story and world building. I realize that this is mostly due to the fact that the manga wasn’t anywhere near finished when the movie was made and partially due to the fact that movies tend to be limited in

This seems to be a fairly common German car thing. My JSW gets it’s best mileage around 72ish and my old BMW 550 seemed to be happiest around 85 but best mileage was only around 25 mpg.

Part of me wants to say something like I never have that problem with your wife. but that would be immature and a dick move. So instead, I feel sorry for you if this is the case.

Recent experiences with rental cars in the same class.

*ever heard

This is the only place Ive everheard a complaint against the Armada/QX80 in the power department. Would a Tahoe with the 6.2 be faster? Sure, but Nissan’s offering is no slouch.

I point you to my father’s comment about Vinyl vs. CDs (and later digital music), “Why the hell would I want to listen to popping and hissing? I want to hear the music, not distortion.”

We live in an echo chamber here. Its at the same time a safe space for enthusists and the thing that keeps us completely out of touch with the majority of the public.

I agree with you. Instead of car shows and the like, Jalopnik should be going to vintage races, above and beyond the Monterrey Historics.

I think you’re proving his point, not disproving it.

Honestly, now I’m more inclined to wear a tie. Thinking of it as a wearable napkin/hankercheif is much better than an inefficient noose.
