I can see how the wording is confusing. The release of the Hard mode was separate from the Normal mode, when you paid for the Raid itself upfront via the expansion pass. To note, though, you were the only one who misread it so far.

I view it as unfair to the consumer, and question their motives, since it was part of an expansion consumers paid for, and they were not given all of the content in the expansion at the same time.

So that means it was a paid beta test for the Raid. That doesn't make it any better.

I was also referencing the fact that the newest WoW expansion comes with a completely new world to explore and a 10 level cap increase, which is a ton of content, and gives you plenty to do while you wait for the Hard mode of the Raid. I'm not going to go into how that compares to the other content in Destiny's

You didn't answer my question...

In reality though, the way expansions are released for actual MMOs is completely different than the way this expansion was released for Destiny, so it's an unfair comparison.

How would it have been unfair for some skilled players to beat the Hard Raid under-leveled? That would have been a great achievement.

"Destiny is not an MMO" -Bungie. The way Destiny's expansion was releases and paid for does not match the way expansions are released for WoW, so it's unfair to make that comparison.

And the players of Destiny love to attempt impossible things. It's almost like Bungie didn't want the impossible to happen.

Um, I would pose the same question to you and then ask you to re-read my comment. It's about the fact that they held back the Hard mode after the "expansion" pack had already released. Why wasn't the Hard mode available at the same time as the Normal mode?

If there is anything that truly highlights how limited the content is in Destiny, it's the fact that Bungie are releasing the Hard mode of the Raid you have to pay for separately.

If the missions in Dying Light aren't copy+pasted from Dead Island, it won't matter how big the map is...

I didn't even know about that one, but it looks like it's still in there:

I respect your opinion, and lol, no.

Nintendo products looking like toys? I am shocked. Shocked I tell you!

Tacos, and since it is using "rasta" colors, other things.

Seriously, the idea that there was any thought to making it even remotely (Wiimotely) comfortable to use horizontally is pure lies.

Yeah, that article had a similar impact on me. I really wanted to believe the game will be good, but this article put me over the fence. It could all be clever messaging and marketing, but between the extra weapons, the pre-order bonuses, and wanting to support a company getting to make the game they wanted to make,
