FIATa

The
alternative

You mean like this?

Really? To me it just looks like the “lost generation” of the Miata - what they would have produced had they not gone straight to that swoopy design.

Fiata

Oh, hello second generation Miata.

The rear of the Miata is a little odd I must admit but it’s not all bad. The rear of the Fiat is okay but the front? It just reminds me of Nicolas Cage and I can’t unsee it.

Aesthetically, I’m not feeling it; still too Miata. But that 500 Abarth mill - while the obvious choice - is a damned good selling point.

So the Abarth version gets the Alfa 4C engine?!?

Is it just me, or does it kind of look like somebody (or something) sat on top of a countryman to make it? Not that it looks bad or anything.

Oh mighty god of the cars,

I am so close to pulling the trigger on one.

I've a hunch my grandfather did enjoy this sort of thing. As I recall, shortly after he died we found at least three or four flathead V8's out in his yard.

Everyone should experience the joy of driving the greatest kei car of them all. And this one’s a beaut.
