When the Countache landed in the early 70's, it was this shocking and out of the blue. I’m fucking tickled that they’ve had the guts to do this. This is what the Lamborghini SUV should have been. Not an Audi SUV with some Lambo styling slapped on

I said the same thing when I saw the newest F150 and BMW’s practical-joke-sized grilles.

Save some friggin money. Do not immediately spend your money on something “flashy” for $35k. Spend half that and start planning your actual future.

I’m glad Ford have not solved any of the existing problems with door handles and have now layered in a series of other potential failure points. Seems like a good idea.

It’s a shame it took so long to issue the penalty, would have been great to see those two up there with their teams going absolutely bananas below. But I can certainly see why the FIA took their time before issuing the penalty.

And they were at critical times during the race with huge pressure on the crew. That makes it even more impressive. Ferrari have botched a number of pit stops at very critical moments this season. Seemingly only for LeClerc however... let the conspiracy theories roll

Bingo. The drive to get below the 2 second mark is creating a lot of safety problems, but it’s also ruining a lot of teams’ races. There simply isn’t enough time for teams to verify that all 4 tires are secured. Can’t tell you how often this season we’ve seen cars released before a wheel nut was on. Lucky teams catch

bahahahahahahahahahahaha

If by “always” you mean since 2002 when the Enzo came out... then I have to agree. If by “always” you also are including the first 60-ish years of the company... I must respectfully disagree.

Track limits? Never heard of em.

No corner is blind if you memorize the track enough to be able to close your eyes and visualize driving a whole lap! The good thing about tracks is that they are the same lap after lap. You’ll never get anywhere if you’re only driving what you can see.

And yet, we all knew precisely what airline he was referring to. In spite of your needless pedantry

Precisely. Play stupid games and you risk winning stupid prizes.

Why should he?

Yup, you’re right. I’m fairly certain that the only reason no penalty was given out was the unwritten understanding that 1) it was an inter-team incident and 2) the result of the contact knocked the entire team out of the race.

This didn’t happen at a corner. He moved over into another car during a straight. I get it, he was trying to squeeze him over into taking a shallow, defensive line into the corner. But it was very unwise and completely unnecessary. Given Seb’s delta on the straight itself, I’m nearly certain he would have been fully

Nah, it’s a skill. Anyone can learn. You just have to put in your 10,000 hours. If you’re finding it impossibly hard, the car’s pedal spacing is probably setup really poorly for heel/toe

Race cars also generally have straight cut gears and very low mass flywheels, so it’s actually harder to shift much slower than what you’re seeing here. It actually looks like he’s not shifting as fast as he possibly can and has dialed it back a tad for the sake of mechanical sympathy with a very expensive car

Gorgeous. But a wholly different 250

Trail braking is for virtually everywhere if you want to use the entire friction circle and be fast on tarmac. It’s a completely isolated concept from left foot braking which is just an application technique
