It's very common for the abused to become abusers. You don't have to be nice to them! :) I totally know what you mean, though. I refrain from talking about specifics of some of my experiences just to not give them power over me (they're the ones that did something wrong. Not me. Not you. :) )

This is how many victims feel. "Bully" is just a nicer word for abuser. Even the "learn to fight back" method, which many say worked for them when they were kids is a non-issue when it's 10 bullies ganging up on 1.

I agree with you. There's a big difference between a truly "toxic" friend and a friend that made a mistake, as we all have. True friends aren't that easy to come by and shouldn't be so easily dropped.
