Haha. There’s no way this person reads anything prestigious. It’s probably a 12 year old troll

No click bait. Article is exactly about what the title says.

There’s nothing clickbait about the title. The track that Top Gear America chose is being sued. That’s exactly what the article is about.

Edd’s parts are why I watched. I like seeing things actually get made/fixed. Now it’ll be like every other car show: here’s a car I bought, here’s a recap of what we did, sold for profit.

Dated a girl with a 03-04ish Impala. It was fine going straight on a highway but pretty crappy in all other regards. Plus, I got roped into doing the maintenance.

How about reader car reviews? I’d let y’all come drive my truck around (at least once I get done fixing some things so it’s safe to hoon)

I would miss it. Had a 95 until a deer jumped over guard rail into it. Every time someone posts about the GS here or on oppo I get the desire to buy another.

Preach

You’re actually not wrong. Many laws started being passed regarding carrying weapons because the black panthers openly carried. Racist cops who got away with harassing and harming black people didn’t like when they started being followed by cars filled with armed black men. They got laws passed so they didn’t have to

Here’s a legitimate, legal reason: not having permanent hearing damage for you or your loved ones if you ever do need to fire a gun in self defense in your home.

I had a 95 GS300. Deer killed it, sort of. Didn’t have the money/time to fix but still ran and drove. Pretty sure the guy who bought it just wanted the engine and maybe transmission. But, I may have seen it really badly painted and modified a couple summers ago. Couldn’t get close enough to tell for sure.

I was wondering why I got a star from you the other day on an old article. I remember arguing with at least one person in the comments who basically said you weren’t qualified to review that car because you are a woman and young and therefore incapable of knowing how good a car is/can be.

Utterly ridiculous. I, like many people on here and around the world, started driving things with motors at a young age. My family always required adult supervision when doing so, but I’ve known plenty who did without any adults. Hell, I started driving real cars at 14.

All the models (in general, not just the show) look the same to me these days. I might be able to name 3 legitimate models and tell them apart.

Ford T Bucket. Originally built in the 20s but don’t remember the year. One of the first cars I ever drove. Many cars from the 60s and 70s but the T Bucket takes the cake.

But wait, I was always taught racists and anti muslims only lived in the south. The north is supposed to be some sort of racial and religious haven.

This is great except for regionals. I doubt there’s that many people that legitimately collected them. People who cheat have no incentive to trade because they’ll already have what they want.

There used to be one around where I grew up. Pretty sure they bought it new

Several people in my family (myself included) have worked at repo companies. Generally speaking, if they’re not paying the car note, they’re not doing maintenance or cleaning it.
