I have a silicone band that I wear in lieu of my normal ring. Haven't worn the original since. No scratched paint, etc. Nothing to ground yourself on when working with a battery. If your fingers expand when hiking, it doesn't cut off circulation. And I stay just as married as I am with the hunk o' metal.
TOP notch Dading
My worst wreck was jumping a dirt pile at the trail head on a front-suspension MTB. I landed a little sideways and ended up breaking my collar bone. That was the last time I intentionally jumped something.
I had my son in a trailer over the weekend. even just cutting through our back yard was bouncing him around a lot. I can;t even imagine the bloody mess that kid would have been had she been in the trailer for all those jumps.
If the one on the right looked added on, I’d have assumed the Stude required conversion to a hydraulic clutch. But - it’s the one on the left that looks added on. Then again, the fender design precludes a Z-bar over under the clutch pedal, so there may be a transfer bar under the dash which has been connected to the…
figured I’ll do a quick write up on my van’s journey.
“I got horses in the b̶a̶c̶k̶ front”.
Oh, that was factory lube in the 60's....
Replacing fluids is so satisfying. I just did the oil on my rear axle because the hub seal failed.
A family friend did this once many years ago. Well, not the jumping out of the boat and almost getting run over part, just the dunking the family conversion van into Lake Michigan part. He didn’t use the parking brake, and the park pawl on the transmission broke. In it went!
Why did you jump??? Last time I checked, boats float! And even ones still connected to trailers will at least float long enough for you to casually depart. *facepalm*
I missed it, but corny jokes start out past their expiration date, and I’ll never stop recycling them.
Don’t lie to us; that is obviously a pot of chili.
that looks like it would be tasty on a hot dog with some onions and cheese
That is pretty shocking.
Waiting for him to reply “how much?” lol
This. Or proximity systems that don’t care if the key is in my left pocket. Funny enough, being a lower trim level truck my 2017 F-150 actually does have the rotating place to hold the key. I don’t mind it at all.
Your light Svending sounds like an all day affair to me. We have wildly different definitions of light ;)
This has to stop.
