@Poisonous Taoist: That's actually a really clever use of a 360 controller. If I wasn't so used to using wasd I would try that. Great idea!

@freakout: Or associate non-steam games with steam. I pretty much only play valve games anyway so almost all my online friends and real world friends that game are on my steam friends list.

@Luke Plunkett: COD 4 could have been on there though, since you included TF2 and The Orange Box in the list and those were released more than a year ago.

@Lacan: No Harmonix proved you can make a great music game, its just this isn't a good game.

@Mienvard: There was a phrase I used to use for girls like her who would suck up and the ground the good players in my clan walked on, I won't repeat it here but she's one of those.

10th action figure is sandvich?

@milestailsprowe: Agreed. I beat the hell out of my Gamecube and it still worked. Although the optical drive failed 2 years after launch, it still works today!

@Ad-hominem: Vac bans. That's why CSS and unfortunately that is why TF2 is up there as well. I wish the cheaters would gtfo of my TF2 :(

@orentholjames: Ha really? I think steam outsells brick and mortars on valve games at the very least and does well with 3rd party games as well. I really wish they would give us the numbers just so the fanboys for both sides will shut up.

@WatershipDown: I'd love to see the sales comparison for the Orange Box between the 2 console versions lumped together vs the PC version. I think you will be unpleasantly surprised to see the PC version crush both console versions.

The iTunes import thing has me very interested. I would have ditched iTunes years ago if I could easily keep my playlists and metadata. This gives me hope.

@sailingtonorway: EA sports game are the definition of shovelware. They release nearly identical sports games annually with a roster update, a slight graphical tweak, and features that should have been in that game the year before.

@Gingerbread0Man: EA had no input on the Orange Box on the 360 and the PC and was simply the publisher for Rock Band and again had nothing to do with its development. Same goes for Crysis and Crysis: Warhead. So you can give EA Dead Space, Mirror's Edge, and Skate but don't confuse EA developed games with EA published

@CreativeCat89: Grand Theft Football would be the most realistic NFL game ever. Each one of those teams is full of thugs and those thugs hang around nothing but thugs. As a sports fan I would love to play that game.

@Spidery_Yoda: @GloatingSwine: I think that compared to last fall's orgy of fantastic games, this year's crop just looks mediocre. The only games that have me even interested are Crysis Warhead (bought), Mirror's Edge, and Left 4 Dead (bought).

@Mega-Driven: Those games aren't niche at all. Niche would be something like Penny Arcade Adventures, Braid, or Puzzle Quest.

@NeoAkira: I want to get the most out of my Wii, but seriously, there's nothing that I want to play on it. Any FPS I play on the PC and the classic Nintendo franchises/innovative new IP's promised just haven't been there these last 7 months since Brawl came out. I mean this drought is worse than any drought during the

@GodBen: You are correct. Given 6 years of development Vista should have been better. It also didn't help that they watered down the minimum specs for Intel's integrated GPU's which a large percentage of Vista users are now using and are not getting the full experience thanks to corporate greed.

@HudoKudo: My video card crushes the specs and since I'm planning a new build when the Core 7i's come out I'm definitely going to pick this up!

@SudeepaLaelap: You can always overclock your CPU, especially if its a Core 2 Duo, you might get 200-300mhz out of an AMD cpu but you can get 400-600 out of a C2D on air cooling.
