I bought one coz I thought my kid should be able to play Mario games. And I played Fatal Frame and Bayonetta. it was worth it.. barely... for me, but hearing the kids fight while playing Mario Kart... priceless.

A “safe suspend” would just allow you to pause the game and know for sure you could restart it.
