It’s fine. I probably would’ve preferred one of those veggie substitutes, but the chili covers up all the taste. there isn’t enough fat in the ground turkey to properly brown, tho, I think. I did the baking soda, and I think it helped, but I had to add some oil to get it to properly cook.
