A friend of mine follows him on twitter and said that he tweeted a phone number the other day and my buddy was bored and called it and it ended up being his personal cell phone number. Said he spoke to him for like 10 minutes and it was one of the strangest and most bizarre phone calls he’s ever had.

He’s going to say he was distraught and overcome with grief, and people will say “oh, ok, that makes sense” even though they have lost plenty of friends and relatives in their lives and yet have never once threatened to shoot a funeral home employee.

He probably does have guns in his truck even though he has a history of mental illness and violent behavior and somehow he won’t lose his guns over this either.

If this “campaign” to temper down the violence of the game is going to have any chance of working (and I don’t think it does), coaches need to start getting fined along with the players.
