It's really not THAT surprising that they haven't implemented 4G yet. Verizon only covers a few dozen large cities, and AT&T only about 22. And when I say city, I literally mean just the city. If you even venture outside the main portion of most covered cities, you're out of luck.

You actually don't need a home button on an iPad running the latest release of iOS. Apple enabled the gesture controls that were "hidden" in the previous release, so now you can swipe between running apps, close apps, and access running apps with nothing more than gestures.
