Or you just embrace your circumstance, because some woman somewhere has multiple babies with microcephaly and she wouldn’t change a thing!

Nobody else hears “Sexual Healing?”

Here’s a c-section con: I will never have normal sensation around my incision ever again. I can feel when something is touching the area, but it’s not quite right. It’s been over 2 years.

The testing wouldn’t apply, because it’s not the grandmother’s egg. The other physical risks of pregnancy might, but they said she’s an otherwise healthy woman and I’m guessing since she offered to do this she didn’t have difficult pregnancies in the past.

I thought pregnancy was godawful, so I wouldn’t offer up my uterus to anyone. Emotional support only over here.

It absolutely is not incest. The pregnancy did not result from anyone having sex with carrier of the pregnancy. Also, in 2016 gestational carriers are far from experimental. There are news stories all over the place about women carrying pregnancies for their sisters or friends who are unable to. This is only really

Back in oldentimes everywhere I went had a pay phone, so I could call someone if something happened and I needed a ride or whatnot. This is no longer true. While I don’t think kids need smart phones, a basic cell phone is definitely not unreasonable.

Sorry you’re gone. I enjoyed all your posts I read—I skipped the butt stuff.

A couple years ago the decision was made to provide breakfast and lunch to all students at no cost to reduce the stigma and make sure all students have access to food. We’re a large city district with quite a few underperforming schools, but this is definitely one thing

I had that and the shopping cart.

Those 4 early miscarriages I so callously flushed down the toilet . . .

I read The Terror during the winter of 2013-2014. So cold!

I’m with you.

I had my abortion at a Planned Parenthood in Ohio and both days I went there weren’t any protesters. I’m sorry you and all the other women visiting that clinic for non-abortion services had to deal with them, but I kind of like the idea that the protesters are too stupid to figure out where they “should” be protesting.

I think it’s partly because people just didn’t like Rushdie. He was portrayed as arrogant and having brought his trouble on himself.

There are drug resistant strains of these “not so bad” diseases. Also, depending on speed of diagnosis and effective treatment there can be consequences for fertility in women.

I was matched summer of 2014, but was then told we weren’t moving forward because of something on the potential recipient’s end. My husband and I joined the registry after seeing a story on CBS Sunday Morning several years ago.
