If it wasn’t obvious before, Mercedes is done with Bottas. Instead of splitting strategies and letting Bottas come in at Lap 39, they protected Hamilton instead. Hamilton didn’t want to go 2 stop, and so they kept Bottas on the 1 stop to try and cover Hamilton.

I like to imagine Wolff and Bottas getting into a shouting match with Bottas acusing Wolff of sandbagging him with an inferior chassis. Then one challenging the other to a chassis swap bet.
